A voice actor could have added to Veritistrasz's stories' seriousness and history/lore. The sadness it caused. People love this storyline. And yes, it does force us to go slower when we only want to rush to the next part /quest/storyline, but they could have done that with a voice actor. I think it would have given more weight to the entire story. Update on the bug - I did some testing with a friend who's alt was at this part of the storyline and didn't mind if it broke as it was their second character.
