Adding hydraulic power steering would be pretty expensive especially on a tractor that is not a hydro such as a Raider. if you need to make the steering easier to move your best bet is probably to get the front axle and steering system from a 1990 or later 520. 1.1994/5 520h is not getting power to the blue wire at the starter.
