Usually what you want to do is use an epic potential scroll, usually found via legion shop or EBoss chests, and go from there.The easiest way that I know of is farming 70% scrolls from Horrendous Skelegons in Twisted Aqua Road. There is an unlimited source as long as you put in the time. You have to be level 200 to go there though.
