2024 Project zomboid gaining weight - Yes you can. I went from 105 pounds all the way down to 80 pounds. You just need to starve yourself and go on the berry and mushroom diet for a bit or just eat all the vegetables you can. It does take a bit of time. I'm about 30 or so days into our game. I'm nearing 20 or so days and I have yet to lose a pound.
