It’s probably the best spot on the map for bps in general since the underwater drop loot table is far better than the other caves, and it’s very easy to run. Once you tamed a Bary, you can do almost every cave, or at least the easier ones. I wouldnt recommend it for the cave on Carno Island, because there are some passages where you have to jump. An amphibious mount is recommended for traversing the area with haste. Not a good place for a base due to the lack of flat ground and the large numbers of Titanoboas and Sarcos that patrol the area.
