Pregnancy symptoms were exactly as they should be (nausea, tiredness, off my food, sore boobs). Then at 5 weeks 3 days I had a tiny amount of pink CM when I wiped. That progressed over the next couple of days to bright red, that would start and stop and was never anywhere near as much as a period, with cramping.
