Yes, but you cannot run a -12mm offset wheel (9" wheel) with 35" tires and just a level. They will rub the inner fender (the part where you can only trim with a grinding wheel ). And I don't think you can use stock rims with 35x12.5. At least it isn't recomended. You will have to do some trimming and it will rub on the suspension (inside of tire). My friend's rubbed on the suspension with 9" wide rims with an off set. Stock rims are more narrow, so that means the tire will bulge more and stock rim ...
